About Ind Reports

Ind Reports helps clinical centers produce standardized medical reports for printing on clinic letterhead. The generator is public, browser-based, and does not store patient data on the server.

How to use

Reports are built from the home page by choosing the type of report you need. Enter patient details and test values, preview the layout, then print on your clinic letterhead.

Single report — Pick one template (for example Hematology, X-Ray, or Virology) and fill in only the fields for that report.
Custom report — Select any combination of individual templates you need in one print run. Patient information is entered once at the top.
Mauritius report — Use the full clearance bundle in the prescribed order when a complete Mauritius medical file is required.
Review the print preview, adjust margin controls if needed, then use your browser’s print dialog to generate the final PDF or paper copy.

Nothing is saved

Patient data and report entries are not stored on the server. Information lives only in your browser session until you leave the page or start a new report. Print or save a PDF from the preview if you need a permanent copy.

Anonymous usage statistics may be collected via Google Analytics to improve the site. No patient or report values are sent to analytics services.

Built for clinical workflows

Templates cover hematology, imaging, certificates, screening panels, biochemistry, virology, urine test, stool test, malaria, and Mauritius clearance bundles.

Print-first output

Each section is formatted for A4 printing with reserved letterhead space. Product branding is kept off the printed report body.
