Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 May 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ind Reports (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://indreports.com or use our report generator (the “Service”). We are committed to minimizing collection of health information on our servers.

2. Information we do not store from report generation

When you enter patient details and test results to build a report, that information is handled in your browser session for preview and printing. We do not intentionally store completed report content or patient form data on our servers as part of normal use of the generator.

You and your organization remain responsible for printed copies, PDFs, device security, and compliance with laws that apply to health information you handle locally.

3. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Contact form data — name, email, subject, and message when you contact us;
  • Usage analytics — aggregated page views and similar metrics via Google Analytics (or similar tools), such as pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type, and referral source;
  • Server and security logs — IP address, date/time, requested URLs, and user-agent, retained by our hosting provider for security and operations;
  • Cookies and similar technologies — used by analytics and by our hosting/CDN partners; you may control cookies through your browser settings.

4. How we use information

We use the information described above to operate and improve the Service, respond to support requests, monitor security, understand aggregate usage, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data based on: (a) legitimate interests in operating and securing the website; (b) your consent where required for non-essential cookies/analytics; and (c) compliance with legal obligations. You may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or port data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Sharing with service providers

We use third-party providers that may process data on our behalf, including website hosting, content delivery, email delivery for contact messages, and analytics. They are permitted to use data only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately.

7. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the country where our servers are located, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.

8. Retention

We retain contact form submissions and server logs only as long as needed for support, security, and legal compliance, then delete or anonymize them where practicable. Analytics data retention follows our analytics provider’s settings.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes may be noted on the website.
